10/01 - Took part in the East Town Parade. I also help judge the Big Wheel races.
10/03 - Did the military rites for Wm.Brassard.
10/04 - Did the military rites for Lester Podein.
10/05 - Several of the Honor Guard team attended the lunch/bingo event our Post hosted at the Grand Rapids Veterans Home.
10/13 - Several of the Honor Guard team, and Chic Borta from the Ritual team, visited the veterans living at the Robbinswood Living Center. We do this the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. You are welcome to join us there.
10/18 - I burned the retired American Flags that were turned into our Post.
10/28 - Did the military rites for Otto VanderBosch.
A thank you goes to Plantenga's Cleaners for cleaning our American Flag at no cost. Also thanks to John Hammond for repairing our Post Flag at no cost to our Post.
