I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, how about you? Are you ready? I went to the district meeting last week and learned that our Veteran’s Home people need warm clothes; such as socks, long underwear, long sleeved shirts, jackets, and other gently used warm items. Can you help our Vets in need?
We are planning the Soup and Slider for March 10 and Rib Fest for May 25th and 26th and we could
use some sponsors. Does anyone have any ideas?
The Veterans Day Program was great with some wonderful essays from our local students; we know
their parents were proud. Then on to the Men’s Auxiliary, who served up a great chili! It always
amazes me as to what great lengths our Auxiliaries and other post members go to in order to serve our
club. THANKS! Next, we were dancing, by that I mean, everyone but me, were dancing to the sounds
of Sweet Justice. If you haven't heard them you really missed out.
