“The May 2013 newsletter will be the last newsletter that will be mailed out. In an effort to lower our Post’s expenses and save a few trees we want to send out the newsletter via email. For those individuals that do not have an email address the newsletter will be available at the Post. If you would like to get our newsletter via email please email John Siemion at email@example.com with “Newsletter” in the subject line.
The plan is to have a monthly calendar that will be sent out via email and copies available at the Post for those individuals that do not have email. If there are important updates to the calendar, it would be emailed out as needed with copies available at the Post for pickup. The newsletter portion would go from monthly to quarterly and emailed out just like the calendar with copies available at the Post for pickup.”
